Harold Ed Jarrell is a strategic capabilities developer for counterintelligence and human intelligence with the United States Army. With more than 16 years of military intelligence experience, Harold Ed Jarrell has built a distinguished career advising senior leaders, managing multinational operations, and advancing solutions related to tactical and strategic levels of defense.
Harold Jarrell collaborates with the Department of Defense, the intelligence community, and industry partners to shape the Army’s future intelligence capabilities. He leads functional analyses, requirements development, and capability integration efforts that directly influence acquisition, deployment, and operational readiness.
From 2019 to 2024, Mr. Jarrell served as an executive military intelligence leader, advising senior Army leadership on operations, planning, intelligence collection, training, readiness, and organizational development. He oversaw the resourcing and projection of multi-disciplined intelligence support across the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command and United States Forces Korea theaters.
Between 2015 and 2019, Harold Jarrell served as a senior operations manager with the Army. His responsibilities included multi-disciplined intelligence and aviation operations. He managed organic unmanned aerial vehicle operations and ensured readiness for global response missions.
